📌 Products paid for can only be swapped to a different item only within 2 working days after payment has been made. There shall be no refund, but a store credit can be issued on exceptional cases which must be used within 30days from the date of issue. (Restocking charge may apply)
📌 Products paid for without delivery instructions and not picked up by the customer can not be refunded nor swapped for another item. We keep our word and will not sell products already paid for and will keep the products maximum of 10 months before we consider it abandoned and forfeited.
📌 We recommend the use of experienced professionals in installing your chandeliers, LED lamps etc. MATHLINE will not be held liable for damages that result during installation or external sources like high voltage etc.
📌 We issue 12 months WARRANTY* on all our switches and sockets.
📌 Chandeliers that uses E14 bulbs and E27 bulbs comes with 1 year WARRANTY*
📌 Chandeliers with inbuilt LED, does usually not require bulbs. However, MATHLINE will not be liable for any malfunction of these components during their lifespan since we are not the manufacturers
📌 *All applicable warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover physical damage, poor installation/usage, Fading/oxidization through the years (we recommend avoid exposing products to harsh cleaning products to avoid or reduce oxidization)
